How do I replace a bad clock and not get charged the clock activation fee?
Answer
To do this you will need to do a Clock Serial Number Change by following the steps below:

1. Log into the client site either using the 'Finder Tool' or 'Client List' link.
2. Next go to Administration > Verify Transmit
3. Click on the bad clocks serial number
4. Then select the 'Change' link next to 'Serial Number'
5. Next place the new/replacement serial number in the box labeled 'New Serial #:' then click the 'Submit Changes' button to save your changes.
