Answer To get the IP AND MAC address there are a few different ways depending on the type of clock you have: 1. For our Z and L clocks Pressing * , #, OR MENU twice on the keypad. On our Verifone Flexclocks press the left most purple key. From here it should display the MAC. For the IP at the same screen showing the MAC address: 1. Next enter the code '2663' then 'OK' (or the green 'ENTER' key on the Verifone Flexclock's). 2. Press '1' for the 'TCP/IP Settings' or some will say 'Show Static IP Settings' 3.
