FlexClock - Using Colored Cards (Red/Blue) on the FlexClock for Color Card Specific Clock Prompts The FlexClock can use the color-card clock prompt feature by using the [4] and [5] keys on the clock. The instructions on setting up the actual clock prompts to work with the 4 & 5 keys on the FlexClock can be found here: Q&A - Clock Prompt only Certain Employee's (Red and Blue Cards) To clock IN or OUT with this feature: press [4] for clocking IN or [5] for clocking OUT and complete the punch as you normally would. The employees that use the [1] & [2] (or [F1] & [F2]) to punch in will not see the color clock prompt.
