| WebClock - Clock Prompt List | ||||||

| Both Numeric prompts (ex. Tips or Miles), and Labor Code prompts (ex. Jobs or Dept) are supported by WebClock. When using the WebClock with clock prompts, the prompt will appear AFTER the user name and password have been submitted by the employee. The clock prompts by default will appear as text boxes and follow the same entry restrictions as a physical clock. In addition if you created a list for a Labor Code prompt (x,y,z) by entering something in the "10. Require employees to choose an entry from a list?" field and an employee tries to enter an invalid value it will give the employee an error and then give them a list of valid entries. Below is a screen shot of the error with the valid selections the employee can choose from. Note: If you are using "10. Require employees to choose an entry from a list?" when creating your prompt you CANNOT configure the WebClock to NOT show the error message listing the appropriate selections from your list.
