Can we fix this? | | Answer | No, if you are receiving this error and the clock does not respond to any key being pressed then this clock will need to be replaced (RMA).
Also be advised that all punches that may have been on the clock and not transmitted to us will probably be lost because the punch data cannot be recovered even with using the Data Extraction Kit which requires the clock to respond to key commands.
