| Clocks - Hardware Warranty Information (FlexClock, TimeClock, VoiceClock, and PrintReader) | ||||||

| We offer a Limited lifetime warranty on our FlexClock, VoiceClock and PrintReader products. We offer limited warranty of 1 year on the Schlage HandPunch Products. The limited warranty is valid for the lifetime of the merchandise unless the merchandise is found to have been tampered with or has suffered from damage that is not considered to be from normal and expected use, or has been discontinued from the SwipeClock line of products. If the clock is found to be defective, we will attempt to repair before offering a new or refurbished replacement (at our discretion). VoiceClock: Limited lifetime warranty. There is software on the VoiceClock that allows us to troubleshoot the VoiceClock remotely. So, it will be possible for a technician to decide if you need a new VoiceClock, before we receive it back.
