I have a client we are setting up a FlexClock for and he has asked what “Ports that will need to be open on the firewall for the time clock traffic going out?”
Answer
The FlexClock uses TCP ports 8288 and 8289 outbound, and these ports must be allowed by your firewall for transmission of punch information between the clock and our servers. The FlexClock only makes outbound TCP connections and does not require any inbound port mapping.

Also if for some reason their location restricts connections by URL or IP the clocks connect directly to our FlexClock server at the below addresses:

208.72.167.2

166.70.147.9

50.73.45.241

66.133.114.133

66.133.114.136

Mobile App - 66.133.114.145

Please note that these addresses are subject to change if we switch Internet providers we re provision our network, but they are unlikely to change frequently (less than annually). We are happy with our present providers and have no imminent plans to change. We will send out an update bulletin if we need to change these for any reason.
