The error 'DC Memory Error' has the same causation as the 'Programming Error 0' message, and means that the clock needs to be reprogrammed, or (if persistent), replaced.
For information on how to recover from this error, please see TimeClock Errors - Programming Error 0/Programming Error 1
This error is identical to Programming Error 0, other than it refers to the "data capture" (DC) memory rather than the programming memory. However, both memories are on the same chip, so from a hardware troubleshooting perspective, there is no difference.
