| PrintReader (TimeClock) - How to Erase the Prints from the Time Clock Memory and Re-Download Prints from the Server | ||||||

| Before doing this it is always a good idea to transmit the punches off of the Time Clock by pressing "9". Below are instructions to erase the punches off of the clock and re-download them again from our server: 1. Press "3" on the Time Clock which will bring you to the Finger Print Menu. 2. Enter the Managers password (it is usually 1234 unless it was changed to something else.) 3. Press "5" which will bring you to the "Downloading" menu. 4. Press "2" for a full erase and re-download of prints off of the server. 5. Press "9" to transmit.
