PrintReader (TimeClock) - Non Associated Issue (New/Reprogrammed TimeClock )
When a reprogrammed, replacement or new TimeClock is added, the PrintReader will not function properly until the PrintReader is associated to that clock.

The most common symptom or indicator that the clock and reader are not associated is the employee will press "1" to clock in and expects to be able to scan their finger, but the clock doesn't respond to the fingerprint.

To resolve this you will need to associate the reader to the TimeClock. Associating the reader can be done using the below instructions:

1. Press Function then 1 to access the Print Manager Menu.
2. Type in the password 346437 (spells "FINGER") then enter.
3. Next it should display the below:

SEARCHING
READER FOUND
DO YOU WANT TO ERASE THE READERS PRINT MEMORY AND LOAD PRINTS FROM THE SERVER
1=ERASE 2=DON'T

4. You want to choose "1" so that it will download the prints from the server to the TimeClock.

Afterward, the clock should transmit. Press 9 to force it if it doesn't do this automatically. After the transmit is complete, the PrintReader should then function normally.
