Change an Analog Clocks Auto Dial Time/Transmit Times
This would only affect analog clocks that support or required to use a analog phone line to transmit punches to us. This would typically mean the Verifone models we carry (Tranz 330/380, Vx 570, 510 and 610).

Currently to have a clock change their Auto-Dial times you could do one of two things:

1. Reprogram the clock which would not be advisable as you would still be given a randomly generated dial time based on availability of the servers.

2. A more preferred method would be to add additional dial times as this would allow you to add dial times you could specify in addition to the clocks programmed auto dial times. To do this:

- First select the client this will be applied to (Finder Tool).
- Next select the Administration link then the Verify Transmit Link.
- Select the clock you want to adjust by clicking on the correct serial number.
- On the next screen select the "Change" link in the field marked "Auto Dial Time Request".
- From here you can add/change 2 additional times as well as change the time zone for the additional dial times. Be advised these additional times will only transmit if there are punches in clock memory to be sent to us.

NOTE: Please read all instructions on the "Automatic Dial Time Setup" page if you have any questions regarding this feature and it's process. If you have further questions please contact Support.
