Can we make it so that employees can only view their timecard but not make punches?
Answer
Yes! Typically if you assign a "Web Password" for an employee under Employee Setup the employee can use it to clock in/out and view time cards via the Web Clock site.

But if the "Web Clock Enabled" box is unchecked then only viewing time cards will be allowed and the use of the web clock will be blocked.

Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and are alpha/numeric.

Note: You can also use the "WebClockIPFilter" function found in the "Accountant Menu" then the "Miscellaneous Settings" link which will allow employee's to view their time cards from any PC that is connected to the internet but not allow the employee to punch in/out except from the IP's you specify using the "WebClockIPFilter".

Note: In the "Accountant" menu under "Miscellaneous Settings" using the DisableWebClock function you can stop the employee's from being able to punch in/out with the WebClock from all computers BUT still allow them to use the "View Timecard" feature.
