Clock shows TZ330 3E2EU3.70 747 or TZ380 9EAEU1.41 747, or some similar-looking series of characters.
Answer
This is a message that appears on the 330 and 380 clocks when they first power up.

This is normal and not an indication of any problem with the clock. This is the clock showing its model number, firmware version, and software identifier. They appear for several seconds and then go away.

If they do not go away, the clock is very likely being powered up repeatedly, or is freezing up. The issue may be with the internal power supply of the clock or with the power cord. There may also be a bad connection to the circuit board.

For troubleshooting, you will want to try a different power cord, and different outlet.
Also, transmit all punches and attempt to reprogram the clock.

If none of this works, the clock will need to be replaced with a different model clock.
