PrintReader (TimeClock) - Attaching the Fingerprint Reader for the 330/380
Attaching the fingerprint reader:

The fingerprint reader has two cables coming. Both cables connect to the TRANZ terminal, and both are required to be connected to use the reader. Although the cables look similar, they are keyed differently and each will only fit in the correct socket.

Note: Your fingerprint reader may have only one cable instead of two. This model of the reader can only be used with the TRANZ 380 or FlexClock, not the 330, but otherwise works exactly the same. On both the 380 and the FlexClock, the single cable goes into the right-most socket.

The reader does not have a separate power cord. It gets its power directly from the clock.

When you have connected the reader and the clock is powered on, it should briefly flash a red and green light, and beep three times in quick succession. This lets you know it's on.

You will now need to associate the clock and the printreader, TimeClock PrintReader - Re-Associate or Associate a TimeClock PrintReader.
