Support - Two Companies Share Clock (Punch Redirection)
The system allows for a visiting employee of company A to punch a clock belonging to visited company B (where both A and B are SwipeClock using clients) and have the punch record redirect back to company A using the Punch Redirection feature which is ONLY AVAILABLE IN TIMEWORKS. This feature is found under Accountant Menu > Punch Redirection.

Some conditions need to be met to use this though:

1. The number has to be unique across all of your client accounts (not just the two it is intended for.)
2. The Card Number has to be between 5 and 8 digits long.
3. Both clients involved have to be under the same Reseller.

From here all that is needed is the card number that needs to be redirected.

Note: adding a card to this feature not only affects the to and from clients but all clients under the same Reseller. Meaning if a clock is assigned to any clients under that Reseller and if an employees unique card number is entered at this feature that employee can clock in at any client clock under the Reseller.

Note: The association is by card number, not by employee, so if you change the employee's card number, the redirect will stop working.
