I am getting an error message that says "Host Disconnected".
What does this mean?
Answer
This is caused by interference on the line.
This error means that the clock is not able to send the data at that time.

Things to try to resolve with this error are as follows:

1. Wait 10 minutes then try and press 9 to manually transmit the data
2. Try a different jack at the client location
3. Take clock home, try to transmit from home
4. *If all of the above fail, send clock back because it could be a problem with the clock.

*NOTE: With option 4, when you receive the clock back from the client, BEFORE sending it back to us for replacement, TEST THE CLOCK at your location for data transmit.

If you are able to transmit manually, then the problem exists at the client location, so sending them a replacement clock will not solve the issue.
