| TimeClock - Changing Phone Number on the TimeClock | | Question | | My line needs a '9' to dial out, how do I program the clock to do that? How do I remove the 9 if it is no longer necessary? | Answer | The clocks are set to dial a '1.888' number by default. In the event that you need to add a 9 to the clock (to dial out), here are the prescribed steps:
1. Go up to the clock and press Function/Enter, then 3 2. The terminal should read: 'Enter Auth Code' 3. Type 52534 and then press Function/Enter 4. The terminal should read: 'Enter Phone Num' 5. Type 9-18882289550, then Function/Enter (Note: the dash is made by pressing 0 (zero) and Alpha)
The clock then returns to time/date and should now be programmed to dial a 9.
Should you need to remove the 9, here are the prescribed steps:
1. Go up to the clock and press Function/Enter, then 3 2. The terminal should read: 'Enter Auth Code' 3. Type 64496 and then press Function/Enter 4. The terminal should read: 'Enter Phone Num' 5. Type 18882289550, then Function/Enter
The only difference is you enter a different Authorization Code and enter the original 1888 number without the 9.
