| Our service is setup to accommodate three different levels of login securities: As far as login creation the only requirement is that the login and password has to be AT LEAST 6 digits long and CAN consist of alpha, numeric, and special characters ($#@!?). The different types of logins available are outlined below: 1. Accountant Login - This is the Reseller/Payroll provider login. The Accountant level of access allows access to ALL clients (including the Reseller's data). Only ONE type of this login is given to the Reseller. Note: There is NO login level that allows access to ALL clients except the Reseller. 2. Client Login - This is the login that the client's HR dept. would typically use. It gives them access to all things pertaining to their client specifically. This includes employee data, pay rates, etc. Multiple Client logins can be assigned to each client. 3. Supervisor Login - This is the 'lowest' level of login capability that our service offers. The client would typically assign this level to supervisors, foremen, etc. This login type can be restricted to only see a certain group of employees. It also can be formulated to not edit punches, not see pay rates, etc. | |
