I've heard of scripting, what is it, and is it chargeable?
Answer
Scripting is a proprietary (SP) language based on C and allows one to manipulate the way timecard data is displayed and calculated.

Some of the things that can be handled through scripting include category reconciliation, job costing, and different pay rates attributed to different departments.

Scripting is a chargeable service at $5 a line if it is requested of Support but you would also be able to create your own scripts and implement them for free with tutorials found right here in our Knowledge Base here Scripting (Main Page).

Scripting training can also be scheduled with a Support Technician, in which case tutorials and questions answered are subsequently free of charge.
