My TimeClock 330/380 reads: Programming Error 0, Programming Error 1 or DC Memory Error and I can't get my clock to respond to any of my numbers on its keypad.
Answer
This message means that the memory of the clock has been scrambled and partially or completely lost. We see this happen from time to time - usually it's due to power surges, and occasionally a clock is bad.

If your terminal displays this message, you can attempt recovery by pressing the (3) and (5) keys simultaneously. This tells the clock to ignore the memory corruption, though it is highly probable that some information was lost and that the clock won't be able to transmit.

Alternatively, you can hold down (1) and (Function/Enter) simultaneously until the clock returns to the time/date screen. This clears the memory of the clock and returns it to its factory setup. All programming will be erased.

If pressing the (3) and (5) keys does clear the error message from the clock, you will want to be sure to transmit at this time and reprogram the clock, TimeClock - Programming or Re-Programming a TimeClock.

If you need further assistance reprogramming your clock feel free to contact us.

If the error is not cleared from the clock please let us know so that we may get started on an RMA for you, TimeClock - RMA Procedure.
