I'm getting a "NO MERCHANT ID" message on my clock whenever I push any of the number keys.
Answer
The message "NO MERCHANT ID" means that the terminal needs to be programmed with SwipeClock's custom software. (Please see: TimeClock - Programming or Re-Programming a TimeClock.)

This message indicates that the 330/380 terminal is running the Verifone's (the clock manufacturer) standard software. Before it can be used with SwipeClock, it must be programmed. This message does not usually indicate an error or defective clock.

Please note that if the clock was previously working fine (as a time clock) and then started displaying this message, any punch data that was on the clock will not be recoverable. If this happens repeatedly, the clock may be bad and require replacement. Please contact Support to get further assistance in this situation.
