Can employees view their own time card? If so where?
Answer
Employees are able to view their timecard from a PC. A Login ID and Web Password will have to be assigned from the Employee Setup page.
From the WebClock link, an employee can clock in/out and View Timecard using the login credentials assigned.

The link to clock in/out and view a time (right corner) card is:

https://www.payrollservers.us/webclock

The option to View Only is also available. This can be set by simply NOT checking the box titled Web Clock Enabled found in the Employee Setup screen. This can be done on a per employee basis. This setting will not recognize the login credentials if they are entered into the WebClock in/out page. The employee will simply get an error of Unknown Login Id or Password.

Note: If the DisableWebClock function found in the "Accountant Menu” under "Miscellaneous Settings" is used, you can block ALL employees from being able to punch in/out on the WebClock but still allow them to view their timecard.

Note: Under the "Miscellaneous Settings" using the 'WebClockIPFilter" you can set up certain IP addresses assigned to computers authorized for employee use to clock in/out and view timecards. But if they use a computer with an IP address not listed in the "WebClockIPFilter" they will be able view their time card but will not be able to use the WebClock to punch in/out. More information on this feature can be found here WebClock - IP Tracking via the Web Clock Punch Audit and WebClockIPFilter Information.

Instructions on how to set up users for the WebClock can be found here Knowledge Base ID: 28 Q&A - Can employees clock in over the web?.
