What type of clocks do you offer?
Answer
Our Time Clocks are VeriFone Tranz 330/380 manufactured by Hewlett Packard and more commonly used commercially by retail stores to process credit card transactions and reprogrammed as a clock terminal, which allows one to clock in/out using an employee code number or with a badge using the built in card reader.

Employees may also clock in/out using a PC using our Web Clock through this URL: https://www.payrollservers.us/webclock , or a mobile phone using our TimeWorksMobile app.

Competitor’s time clocks can be reprogrammed by downloading our software into their existing Tranz 330/380 units. (Be advised that if you plan to do this these clocks will not be covered under our current Warranty/RMA program.)

We also have the following clocks:

Vx610G - a portable clock with a built-in rechargeable battery. It supports both Cellular and Dialup connections. REFURB means product comes in a new box but will either be lightly used, or remanufactured into a new plastic enclosure. Service pricing:$25 per month additional for Cellular service - inclusive of demo time period; no SIM activation charge.NOTE: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PRINTREADER FOR FLEXCLOCK.

Z11 - offers superior value: Ethernet and a built-in proximity reader in a low-cost time clock. Employees clock in with a simple PIN (Personal Identification Number), proximity key fob (sold separately), or a standard 125KHz "Mango" prox card (sold separately).

Z14 - a cost-effective solution that offers superior value with real-time Ethernet connectivity and a built-in proximity reader or MAG reader. It also offers a high resolution color screen and next-generation processor board for enhanced performance. Employees can clock in via PIN (Personal Identification Number), proximity key fob (sold separately), a prox card (standard 125KHz "Mango" sold separately), or a mag-stripe card (sold separately).

Z18 - integrates many features into a small unit. Intended for professional wall mounting - wiring to be buried in wall. Built-in proximity badge reader reads standard 125 KHz Mango cards. Supports third-party bell integration; bell relay must be purchased separately. Connects to 3rd-party prox card readers via Wiegand connection. Z18 is also compatible with the biometric PrintReader add-on.

Z33 - offers a color-screen display to assist employees in capturing biometric punches. The on-screen display enables an employee to view their fingerprint position and pressure, and adjust as needed. The unit also offers a highly durable, non-gel fingerprint sensor for improved performance. Finally, it is an ideal fit for employers desiring a user-friendly biometric employee verification clock with real-time data transfer.

Z34 - offers a color-screen display to assist employees in capturing biometric punches.

HandPunch GT-400 - a sophisticated biometric solution that uses the size and shape of an employee's hand to verify punches. (Note: Does not require other hardware to operate. Visible mag-stripe slot on unit not available/active. Professional-grade installation required.)
