TimeWorks Plus - Time Card Showing Missing Punches Incorrectly Due to Caching Issues
There may be times where employees may show missing punch counts under Clock Activity but going to the time card those missing punches are not present. This has to do with our servers and how they cache information.

The second that someone updates the time cards, the other servers won't update that list of whether it has missing punches or not until the cache is refreshed. Over time this should happen automatically.

You can manually refresh the cache by doing one of the following:

1. Click on the "Dashboard" link under "Main Menu"
2. Under the "Reports Menu" run either the "Summary Report" or the "Mobile and Web Clock Access" report

If these steps fail you will want to contact Support with the clients Web Server they are currently logged into. This can be found by having the client look in the side bar at the bottom next to the words "Web Server".
