| Mobile App - Allow Employees to Edit Punches with the Mobile App | ||||||

| To allow editing of time card punches by employees using the mobile app the client will need to be on TimeWorks Plus and have the below configurations: 1. Employee Setup needs to have the below enabled: a. Web Clock Enabled b. Mobile Punch Enabled c. Mobile Enabled Optionally you can also enable "Add GPS to Mobile Punch (If Available)". 2. Settings Menu > Processing Rules > ESSRule will need to have the below configured: a. "Note Options" set to "View And Edit Notes" b. "Employee Time Card Edit" will need to either be enabled using either the "All active employees" or "Select by criteria" option. | |
