| PrintReader - Getting an Employees Print Score | ||||||

| Getting an employees print score helps to see if there is an issue with an employees enrolled print template. This scoring system is only available using the Verifone VX clocks (not Tranz) or the Z Clocks (Z-33, Z-34 etc.). With the VX clocks it will only give you a "Recognized", "Unrecognized" response. On the Z Clocks it will give you an actual score. A score between 80 to 100 is acceptable and should work all the time if the employees place their finger on the reader in the same manner they were originally enrolled. To access this: 1. Access the Print Managers Menu by pressing 3 2. Enter the manager password or print then press "OK". If there is a "Security Warning" about the password being the default (1234) press "OK" to skip this. 3. Press 7 to enter Test mode. You can test their print as many times as you like. This is suggested as the employee may not be placing their finger in an optimal position initially. If they consistently get a score below 80 you may want to re enroll their print (PrintReader (FlexClock) - Enrolling a Print) and have them re score their new enrolled template. | |
