FlexClock - Connection Troubleshooting
This runs through both troubleshooting hardware and software issues with our internet based clocks:

Network Issues (the clients IT if they have one would be recommended):

1. Ensure the below is open on their network:

a. TCP ports 8288 and 8289 outbound on their firewall
b. The clock has access to IP's:

208.72.167.2
166.70.147.9
209.170.211.39
50.73.45.241
66.133.114.133

2. Our clocks use DHCP (server assigned) IP's by default. Test to see if this isn't an IP issue with the clock by possibly assigning a static IP to the clock (#301#).

Try using an already existing IP from another PC at their location and assigning it statically to the clock to see if it will work with the existing IP using the instructions from the above article.

Hardware Issues:

1. The cables to the clock and to the wall outlet are securely plugged.
2. Test to make sure the outlet isn't bad by moving the clock to another known working connection.
3. Change out the cable and try transmitting using a different cable.
