| This article is on GPS punch information located in our system. For information on setting up the PinPoint GPS system as well as locating GPS punch information within the Mobile APP please go to this article: TimeWorks Mobile - Pinpoint GPS ==Viewing GPS Punch Information on a Time Card== There are two locations one can see GPS information for a punch on a time card: 1. On the time card GPS recorded punches will be identified with a red pin icon next to the time of the IN/OUT punch. You can then mouse over the time to see the GPS information we recorded. Note information in the below image has been removed (address, IP and longitude) but should be there when they review the employees punch. 2. On the employees time card under the "Time Card Options" drop down at the top left of the time card you will see a "Show Mobile Punch Details" option. See the below image: Once selected you will be presented with a pop up showing a scale able map and a list of punches made using the GPS feature. Again in the below image some information (the information under the "Location" column which shows the address and the longitude located under the "Coordinates" column) has been removed but should show when one pulls this up. | |
