TimeWorks Plus - "Multi Time Card Approval" Feature
The Multi Time Card Approval page allows management to review and approve many employee’s time cards in preparation to process payroll.

When the employee data has been reviewed in the table below, you can use the checkboxes to select the employees that are ready to be approved. The “Approve Selected” button will then allow one to approve the time cards for the selected employees.

To enable this feature go to Settings Menu > Processing Rules > TimeCardApprovals.

There is a section in there called "Who has access to the Multi Time Card Approval feature?" For one to see it one would need to check the appropriate selection:

- Accountants (able to approve multiple time cards)

- Clients (able to approve multiple time cards)

- Supervisors (view only)

- Supervisors (able to approve multiple time cards)

Once selected there will be a "Multi Time Card Approval" link under the "Time Cards" section in the side bar.

Please also note, for supervisors, they will have to be allowed to approve time cards for their selected employees through their Login Maintenance configuration. Login Maintenance is found under the Maintenance Menu in the Main Menu. This setting is separate from the supervisor's Employee Visibility and is done with the Employee Selector found underneath the heading "Of the employees this supervisor can see, for which employees is this supervisor allowed to approve time cards?"
