In TimeWorks Plus you can now have different time zones on a per employee basis. This will work using WebClock 2.0 or TimeWorksMobile, however, it will not work if the employee uses a physical clock in addition to the Web Clock and Mobile.
This is set up from the Employee Setup by saving one of the following time zone settings in the "Options" field.
Options for this are as follows:
Hawaii (No DST): timezone=HST
Alaska (No DST): timezone=AST
Pacific (Observes DST): timezone=PST
Mountain (Observes DST): timezone=MST
Arizona (Central Time without DST): timezone=ARIZONA
Central (Observes DST): timezone=CST
Indiana (Eastern Time without DST): timezone=INDIANA
Eastern (Observes DST): timezone=EST
Atlantic (Observes DST): timezone=ATLANTIC
*PLEASE NOTE: You must enter the "timezone=" with the code into the "Options" field.
*PLEASE NOTE: This process is retro active and would start working once in place on any punches (including already edited punches) for any unfinalized pay periods. So you may want to consider finalizing older periods that could have already been manually adjusted before putting this in place.
