| Hyperterminal for Windows 7 (Data Extraction) | ||||||

| This should be used if the person doing a Data Extraction is using Windows 7 as it does not include HyperTerminal by default. Attached to this article is a hyperterminal.zip with the following files: hypertrm.dll hypertrm.exe Instructions for Use.txt hyperterminal.zip We will only give these files out upon request. NOTE: We use a Cables2Go Serial to USB adapter to do data Extractions on the office. You may need to install the drivers for the cable: 26886_WinXP-Vista-7-8_Driver.zip If the drivers once installed do not seem to work unplug the cable then re plug it back in to have the computer recognize the cable again. | |
