| TimeWorks Plus: "RoundToSchedule" and "RoundToScheduleN" Processing Rules | ||||||

| The "RoundToScheduleN" and "RoundToSchedule" Processing rules allows one to round IN/OUT times to a set schedule. The difference between the two are: 1. RoundToScheduleN rounds against the Scheduling feature in TimeWorks Plus. 2. RoundToSchedule rounds against a "Schedule" field in Employee Setup. Options for this feature can be accessed by going to Accountant Menu > Processing Rules and searching for RoundToScheduleN and includes the below options: - START_EARLY: Number of minutes prior to the start of the shift that we are rounding to the scheduled start time (e.g. if they are early) - START_LATE: Number of minutes after the start of the shift that we round back to the start time (e.g. if they are late) - LEAVE_EARLY: Number of minutes prior to the end of the shift that we are rounding to end time (e.g. if they leave early) - LEAVE_LATE: Number of minutes after the end of shift that we are rounding to the end time (e.g. if they leave late) - ALLOW_EDITS: Will allow for manual edits to override the rounding to schedule just for the punch being edited. | |
