PrintReader (FlexClock) - Reseting the Print Managers Menu Password Information on resetting the Print Managers Menu password back to the default "1234", follow the steps below: At the clock: 1. Go to the "System Info" screen by: a. Z11, Z23/33, Z24/34 - pressing [*] b. Z12 - pressing the "bullseye" key (bottom left) c. Z18 - pressing the [Menu] key twice d. Verifone Vx clocks - pressing the left most purple key; 2. Write down, record or note the clock serial number (S/N) and "CODE" number shown on this screen. 3. On the Website: a. In TimeWorks, go to Accountant Menu > Fingerprint/Password Maintenance b. In TimeWorks Plus go to Accountant Menu > Clock Password Maintenance 4. Select the serial number from the drop down and enter in the code you got from the clock into the "CODE" field 5. Select the "Get Reset Password" button This is then generate a rest code in the "Generated code is" field you will enter at the clock using the below instructions: 6. Go to the "System Info" (Press *) screen again using the instructions in step 1. 7. Type in the Reset Code from the last step 8. Press [OK] or [Enter] and verify that the clock indicates that the password has been reset.
